Thomas L. Hill, RPA began his career in real estate over 45 years ago serving in various line and supervisory positions with Uris Buildings Corporation and later with Paramount Group, Inc. In 1985 he joined Boston Properties, Inc. initially serving as the Mechanical and Electrical Construction Manager for the building construction of 599 Lexington Avenue, transitioning to the position of Property Manager in 1987. Mr. Hill was promoted to Vice President of Property Management for Boston Properties’ New York Office in 1991. In February 2000, he was promoted to his current position as Senior Vice President for Boston Properties New York office Property Management Department.

Mr. Hill oversees property management, building operations and tenant relations for Boston Properties NY portfolio which includes 601 Lexington Avenue, 599 Lexington Avenue, 399 Park Avenue, 7 Times Square, 767 Fifth Avenue, 540 Madison Avenue, 510 Madison Avenue, 90 Church Street, 250 West 55th Street and Boston Properties newest development at Dock 72 in Brooklyn. Mr. Hill holds certifications and licenses including BOMA RPA, NYCFD Refrigeration Engineer, and NYCFD Fire Safety Director. He is licensed by the FAA as a pilot of single and multi-engine aircraft.

Mr. Hill has been an active member of BOMA since 1986, serving as an interim Director in 1997-1998 and served three more consecutive terms on the Board. He has served in an executive function with BOMA NY since 2007 and recently concluded his term as President of BOMA NY for 2014/2015. During his term he strengthened the BOD, implemented strong financial controls and drove compliance with the Not For Profit Revitalization Act. He also led the successful recruitment and integration of a new Director of Legislative Affairs for BOMA NY. As a member of the BOMA National Advisory Council he enjoys a good working relationship with the leadership of BOMA International.

Mr. Hill currently serves and Co-Chairs the Management Board of Directors of the Real Estate Board of New York, Serves as a Director for the Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations (RAB), Inc., and serves on the RAB/IUOE Local 94 Joint Board of Trustees for the Local 94 IUOE Building Engineers Welfare, Annuity and Training Funds. He was the Co-Chair of the Fire Protection Technical Committee as part of the NYC Department of Buildings/RE Industry task force to revise the building code and has extensively worked with FDNY on several initiatives to write the study manual and test questions for Certificate of Fitness credentials concerning Fire Safety Director, Emergency Action Plan Coordinator and the maintenance/inspection of fire protection systems. He has written testimony on numerous legal and building code issues and presented on behalf of the New York real estate industry including REBNY and BOMA NY. He has been instrumental in fostering a strong working relationship between industry stakeholders such as BOMA NY, REBNY and the NY Builders Congress, resulting in stronger joint advocacy efforts. He enjoys an excellent working relationship with many NYC agencies.

Mr. Hill is active with a number of industry and civic groups including Hamilton Madison House, a settlement house providing human services to the lower east side community of Two Bridges and Chinatown (BOD), and Two Bridges Neighborhood Council (BOD) where he played a central role in the founding and implementation of the Two Bridges Music Program which provides affordable music and classical piano instruction to over 55 low income children and adults. In addition, he currently serves as the President of the New York Chinese Opera Society which conducts local performances and cultural exchanges with local schools and universities throughout the year.

Michael Carron was born and raised in the Marine Park area of Brooklyn. He attended Xaverian High School, and went on to Manhattan College where he earned his Bachelors of Engineering degree.

Michael is a founding member of the TLM Group. Michael and his partners established the TLM Group as a premier project management firm in 1999 and proudly celebrate our 20th anniversary this year. TLM offers the highest level of project management services for construction projects, beginning at conceptual planning and continuing to project completion. TLM continues to grow and enter into new markets around the globe with a focus on data center construction. Currently TLM is managing well over $1 Billion in Data Center construction for financial, software and social media clients.

Mr. Carron currently sits on the Board of the NY Metro 7x24 Exchange, a non-profit organization that brings together those who design, build, operate and maintain mission critical enterprise information infrastructures to collaborate and share knowledge. The organization also focuses on giving back to the community through its social responsibility initiatives and donations to numerous charitable organizations. Michael and the Board of The NY Metro Chapter established a “University Challenge,” competition that brings College Engineering teams together to solve data center related issues. The University Challenge introduces Engineering students to the growing Data Center and Mission Critical industry and offers them the chance to research a potential career path.

Michael also dedicates significant time to charitable endeavors. He is a founding member of Rewired for Autism, a charitable organization established to improve the quality of life for children with autism. Rewired for Autism has become the leading donor to the Nassau Suffolk Autism Society of America (NSASA) which uses the funds to improve the lives of over 2000 families in Long Island presently living with children on the Autism Spectrum. Some of the monies raised is used to purchase iPads for the children as for many of them, it is the only way they communicate. The majority of donations are raised at an annual Golf Outing where the NSASA is a direct benefactor. In addition to Rewired for Autism, Michael has also been a committee member for Equality Charter School, a Bronx school serving the educational needs of urban youths.

Michael lives on Long Island with his beautiful wife Angela and their two sons. He enjoys family time and sports with his sons. Michael has coached basketball, and baseball along with teaching his sons to play golf.
